“My daughter & I had the most amazing experience at Chop today! I brought my daughter to Chop as we have ordered takeout many times, however, have not had to chance to have a sit down meal. I would like to add, my daughter is currently undergoing chemotherapy & is 5 years old. Our waitress made her feel special by making her a beautiful Shirley temple, which was delicious! They then brought out veggies and dip for her to snack on while we waited for our food. The food was amazing! It came out quickly & was delicious! After we finished our meal, they brought out a sunshine balloon for my daughter, as well as paid for our dessert ❤️ the chef even added a butterfly on her plate, it was beautiful❤️ I could hardly contain my tears as this was such a beautiful act of kindness. What they didn’t know is my daughter has had to stay in the hospital for most of the last two weeks, for treatment & an unexpected infection. The last two weeks have been hard, and their genuine kindness and love, was and is appreciated SO much more than they know. I could not recommend this restaurant more, and we will be back in the near future❤️”

“We stayed for 3 nights and it was so cozy! The bed was great which is a huge plus when away from home for a long period. Only downside to the room was that the mini fridge is REALLY mini with no freezer space in it so just plan for that. The grounds are beautiful and staff is super friendly. I also highly recommend the Asher restaurant that is located on site especially if you have special dietary needs, they are very accommodating and the food is amazing. We will stay here again in the future!”

You can pretty much customize anything you want to your liking, making it perfect for vegetarians and vegans. The price is pretty reasonable considering the amount of food you get.”

“Once in a while when I go to pick up bread at the Portuguese bakery, I smell an amazing BBQ smoke smell coming from a couple of businesses down. It smells amazing and gets my get taste buds watering. I finally decided to pick up some jerked chicken and I was not disappointed. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned. The jerk sauce was good if a bit on the mild side. I tend to eat on the crazy spicey side, so the spice level is probably good for most people. I can't wait to try their goat and pork. I'd recommend picking some fresh Portuguese bread to go along with the BBQ dish. Through in a nice bottle of red wine, and you have an amazing meal.”

“HANDS DOWN the best pho place in London. I cannot recommend them enough. Their prices are amazing and the portions are filling with lots of meat! The owners are also super friendly people, I love dining here. However, they are always very busy no matter the time or day, so it’s a good idea to call beforehand.

For reference, my photo shows a small P28 pho (~$12 before tax) and it is definitely more than enough for me. I also recommend the pork grilled bbq meat appetizer, it is SO flavourful and delicious to prep for the main course. I will visit again!”

The chechi who took the orders and served was super nice and friendly but kind of forgot we were there because of other customers and as a result had to wait quite a LOT. The kerela beef fry was exceptional and garlic naan and porotta was crisp and fresh. 1 star ⭐ less 'cause butter chicken is nowhere near OG, tasted like tomato curry with 3 chicken pieces.
