She always provides updates to ensure that you aren't standing there wondering where your food is. I honestly don't mind the wait and I appreciate the great communication. All the staff are wonderful. Store is clean and newly renovated.”

The employee who input my order entered 1 medium iced capp, 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel, and 2 bacon farmer's wraps. I brought it to the attention and got a refund for the extra bacon farmer's wrap they added to my order but this wouldn't have happened if the order was entered correctly”

This has happened to me twice in the last couple of weeks and each time I politely said I will pull around if someone comes up behind me in the drive thru. No one else came up behind me but the staff seem to get upset that I sat at the drive thru window to wait for my food. And to penalize me for doing that they decide to give only 9 nuggets when a 10 piece was ordered and paid for. Can someone please explain to me why it is so important to have someone move from the takeout window when no one else is there. And why they feel they can justify stealing food from my order. I Know these are only teenagers following management directions. Thank you”

It smells amazing and gets my get taste buds watering. I finally decided to pick up some jerked chicken and I was not disappointed. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned. The jerk sauce was good if a bit on the mild side. I tend to eat on the crazy spicey side, so the spice level is probably good for most people. I can't wait to try their goat and pork. I'd recommend picking some fresh Portuguese bread to go along with the BBQ dish. Through in a nice bottle of red wine, and you have an amazing meal.”

I always order two classic cheese pizza with extra cheese, one with the traditional sweet sauce and one with regular pizza sauce and they were great. I recommend getting chili flakes on the base for the added spice kick.

The menu has changed some since I was last there but servers went out of their way to still make my favourite chicken burger that wasn't on the menu anymore. Grilled chicken, cream cheese, grilled pineapple, hot peppers and lettuce. Delicious!
They have amazing beef burgers, veggie burgers, and breaded or grilled chicken. Many choices of sides from fries to cucumbers. All super fresh!

My friends had “the best grilled cheese they’d ever tasted”(jalapeño grilled cheese) and the most tender chicken tenders. There weren’t many patrons, not sure if it’s because the website says it’s still closed or because they are newly re-opened but people are missing out! “We recently had a party there. Maybe around 50 adults and 20 kids.. The banquet hall was very convenient with the separate areas for starters, drinks, food, dress change, washrooms. They had a reasonably good stage and provided a good microphone set etc for the kids to have their music talent shows. Food was superb- all our guests requested us to convey their compliments to the restaurant team. Delicious (kappa, fish curry, appam-stew, chicken Biriyani, veg pasta, jeera rice, then the mango majito, gulab jamun) food in large quantities ! They even went beyond our expectations in making appams several times. Very good service from the folks who spent 4-5 hours in the banquet hall, serving our guests. Also, it was very cost-effective for the quality service we received. Thanks to the team at Chef's Paradise ! We definitely will come back for your food and recommend you to anyone who is looking for a party space.”
