In store, ordering is simple and allows you to view the choice of toppings as you order. Orders are correct and the staff change their gloves a lot which is good to see. II also asked for no onion or pickle and those items were on my burger, so I'd recommend the manager retrain front end staff to take care in reading the customer order.So final comments would be this location is clean, and the bathroom could use a much needed cleaning. Over all this location has great potential to be an excellent restaurant with a few small changes. Even with these few short comings, I'd go here again to eat, but I'd make sure to check my food first to ensure my order is correct. “I don't normally visit chain restaurants, as historically my impression left by previous experiences is that they typically survive on their brand name or the fact they are well known, and as a result, quality in food and/or service can lack and people will still line up at the door at dinner time.However last night my son suggested this place and location. I must admit, the experience I had last night very much surprised me.Firstly, the restaurant was decorated as I had expected, quirky pictures, items, funny quips written on the wall, wait staff in t-shirts with witty comments on the back, however what caught my attention was how clean the restaurant seemed. No mess, on the floor, silverware, and everything else seemed clean. It was a bit noisy, however it was also very busy.Secondly, the service from the Gentlemen I had was just about perfect. Was helpful and attentive. Ensured our food was delivered quick and hot (especially during a 0630pm dinner rush). He also didn't have any attitude and avoid us until bill time, then put on a happy face and a fake interest in us to soak up a tip. The guy was pleasant, attentive, and helped ensure we had all we needed to enjoy our experience.Lastly was the food. I expected a microwaved mess, however I ordered the Hunters Chicken, that came with 2 chicken breasts with a light mushroom sauce, potatoes, and fresh veg. It killed. Chicken was PERFECT. Moist and full of flavor. Mushroom sauce was not smothered on the chicken, just the perfect amount to enhance the taste of the chicken. Vegetables seemed as though there were steamed to perfection, and potatoes were just the right amount. It was a bit pricy but after tasting and eating it, I felt it was worth every penny and highly recommend. My son got the wings (hot) with a side of fries and he confirmed the wings were good, and fries were tasty, not oversalted, and a generous portion. My wife got a Mexican Chicken Salad(?) and she also confirmed it was quite good and filling and the chicken also being done well.Over all - 5 out of 5 and well earned. We sat down at 0630PM last night and was in the car at 720PM with no issue. We could have stayed longer of course but the point I am making is that the meal was cooked well, delivered hot, all during a very busy dinner service.I will be back to this location.Vegetarian options: I did notice a veggie burger on the menu.“

“This has been one of my fav restaurants in London to eat at and I used to eat here once a week pre pandrmic. I don't know if its still the after effects or if there's new management or what but the last 3 times that we have come downtown to eat here, they've been closed. including today where my 9 year old son had planned our 'date night' for my Birthday. Plan was Jay Dee's for our all time FAV cheese sticks and my FAV TBurg followed up with a trip across the road to the Arcade. He even went online and tripled checked the hours to make sure it said open until 730 every day of the week. We arrived downtown around 630 and much to our disappointment AGAIN, the restaurant was CLOSED. So we had to change up our plans and eat across the road at the Arcade Bar. In my opinion you should somehow notify your customers on your website of early closures so they are aware prior to the trip downtown and paying for parking etc if applicable. The first 2 times this happened we had driven in from out of town to find out of the closures. So my rating is as follows, the food is AMAZING, the atmosphere was always welcoming and comfortable but the random hours are a serious issue. Such a shame to be honest. Not sure after 3 failed times in a row to be met with a closed restaurant that we will try again. I will always rav about the food though.“
