“We had lunch at Mori: bulgogi beef and vege udon. Food was freshly prepared and quite flavourful. Server was engaged and helpful. We will be back to check out Mori’s other dishes next time.“

“This has become our new go-to sushi place for both dine in and take out. A great assortment of rolls, sashimi, entrees and more at a very reasonable price. My personal favourite is the spicy salmon roll (no cucumber) and we also love the tuna roll and tuna sashimi. Everything is incredibly high quality and prepared with care. We have also enjoyed the beef teriyaki, edamame, miso soup and some specialty rolls. Friendly service! I definitely recommend.“

“I had such a great experience at Koya! The vibe is super chill and welcoming, and the staff were really friendly and helpful without being over the top.

The food was honestly amazing—everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I tried the udon and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. The broth was rich and comforting, and the noodles had that perfect chew. The sushi was also on point—super fresh and nicely presented without being fussy.

It’s clear they really care about quality here, but it doesn’t feel pretentious at all. Just good food, good atmosphere, and good service. Definitely a spot I’d go back to, whether for a casual night out or a little treat-yourself moment. Highly recommend!“

“My bf and I went out for Sunday dinner and dining in changed Hanabi for us. We have gotten it take out a couple times and love it - but now we know dining in for sushi changes it! It was so amazing we were both looking at each other like wow. I dance when I eat and this was so good. We got the Tokyo and Volcano Crab rolls and beef gyoza. Perfect amount. The price is not the cheapest sushi in London but you have to pay for these flavours. We will be holding ourselves back from returning too much.“

“Ordered today but have been a few times, always the most DEVINE food, authentic and sweet folk. I got their beef Gyoza ramen today and it came piping hot. Amazing presentation even in delivery, one mouthfull and you're in heaven. Always love their food and 11/10 reccomend to anyone in need of something yummy!!(Also if you're feeling sick and need something to sooth your throat, their soy sauce base ramen does the TRICK!!!)

“Great place for quality sushi. Attention to detail and very high quality I enjoyed my meals every time I go. The lunch specials are incredible value! So happy this place is nearby, there is nothing in the East end that even compares! Miles above heart or 168, about on par with roll roll which is saying a lot! “Have always seen Umiya Sushi when driving through downtown London. Thought to go and order something tonight to see if I may have a new local favourite. I was greeted upon entry by a lovey younger gentleman, he was very polite and friendly. Even when I was picking up my order 3 minute until closing.

I got the Salmon Trio and an extra miso soup. If I knew how wonderful my all around experience would have been I would’ve never been to any other sushi restaurant.

And may I say, some of the freshest salmon I have ever had. I was beyond impressed, especially for my first time going. I will be going by to try more now that I know the quality.

All around a 10/10 truly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new favourite restaurant.“

Mango and brown sugar are the best bubble tea flavors!! Everyone else got the bento boxes, gyoza, fried tempura yams, ramen soup, noodlefull bowls and yakisoba.“
