He followed up with us and made sure everything was good to go plus he threw in some complementary queso for us. The quality of chips and guacamole was amazing! “It was my 2nd time going to Mexicactus and not a disappointment. They were short on staff and apologized to our table. I tell ya, you couldn't tell. The staff worked hard from the kitchen to the bartender to the servers. With smiles on their faces and a good sense of humor and being quick as they can. The restaurant was busy and we had a table of eight. Bravo to all who work there.The food was tasty and fresh, and our margaritas were yummy. I had the seafood enchiladas - fresh, plenty of seafood inside. My brother had the steak Fahitas. He said it was hot and fresh. By the looks of it, I would get that next time. The atmosphere was lively with all tables enjoying their own company. A clean restaurant. The bathroom you have to go downstairs. Parking is difficult, not a big lot, triangle shape size. The restaurant is not big. They have a deck out front for when the nice weather arrives with a small ramp. I would recommend for the weekends to make a reservation.To me, the only negative part is the parking space and bathroom (hard for someone with mobility issues to go up and down the stairs).“
“Hosted a dinner for 15 people, and asked Dos Tacos to prepare a do-it-yourself taco bar. The whole experience was great, from ordering, pick-up, to the food itself. Lots of fresh toppings, well-seasoned meat, etc. And I only called 5 hours in advance.“
“My favourite taco place. Ever. Highly highly recommend. I've tried out a few of the menu items and I always come back to the chorizo taco and the al pastor taco. Also love the cheese shell offering, a nice change from the traditional taco shell! I also realized you can buy their chorizo to cook at home (and they have take home kits) - can't wait to enjoy True Taco more frequently in our household :). As well, the staff are always SO friendly. Everytime I'm in London I make sure to stop by True Taco!!!“

“Went out with my friend to have lunch at this place. It's a cute little place and we ordered some chicharron and a chicken burrito. It comes with nachos and guac and two really delicious sauces. I loved the red Chipotle sauce. I would surely live to go there back again.The burrito was big and filling but the chicharron was just a small portion, I wish they had thicker and bigger portion on that one, inspire of that it's a good place to try mexcian food at.“

Musicians were very talented- but maybe let people know when they call that a series of death metal bands will be playing that night.Food was great. Service was understandably less due to concert. “Last night, (June 16 2022), I went here for dinner, because I love their pulled pork tacos (and fries!). However, I didn't realize I had shown up a couple minutes after they had closed. Instead of being turned away, which would have been reasonable and totally respected, the gentleman took my order without hesitation. He was very polite and told me not to worry about being a few minutes after closing (though I apologized repeatedly and promised not to show up after closing again). He was fast, efficient, and pleasant to interact with. Love your food and your customer service!“

Manager guy did such an amazing job, so pleasant with people. I don't usually tip with take-out, but these people did such a fantastic job I gladly gave a decent tip! It's inside the RBC banking place on Richmond row, so your sitting in a food court style atmosphere. The food is fun and tastes just as good as it is fun...
