BiBab Express only had sushi available in take out containers when I arrived. I selected the spicy Salmon and salmon nigiri tray.The food stall itself is nothing special looking it kind of reminded me of a 90s food court type vibe, but the building it's in is also from the 80s - early 90s so no big deal.The spicy Salmon rolls were actually really good and I quite enjoyed them. I have no idea why this place was rated 1 star...For the price and portion, this place is fantastic.The owners are honestly some of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.I highly recommend Bibap Express to anybody that wants great tasting poke bowls, lunch specials, or sushi burritos.

This place is a small family run take-out restaurant on the main floor of an office building. The owners are very friendly, and the food is always very fresh and tasty. The Korean dishes are made on the spot, and the owners are always happy to customize as necessary. The prepared sushi is always fresh as well, and if it isn't too busy, they will make customized sushi for you too. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area!
