Typically Chatime drinks are extremely sweet, but when you order a drink that can be customized, it tastes really good. The staff at this location was friendly, and the store seems clean. There is ample seating, so that's a bonus if you're looking for a place to hang out.
I’ve been coming here weekly due to a family activity nearby. Drinks have been good and the Bake Code swiss rolls are a favourite. The free wifi is also appreciated.Not a fan of the paper straws. I’ve spilled my drinks before trying to get it through so they just give me anxiety and I only order hot drinks now.My reason for reviewing though is because of the loud music in the store. Visit almost every week with my daughters. Alway order the same bobba tea. Castlemore location always have all the favours available. Something we notice when we go to other Chatime and they can't provide the drinks my daughters want because they don't have the ingredients. Zoe is always a pleasure to see when she is in the store. Always friendly, very informative of the latest flavours and promotions and gets our teas made right and fast. Thanks so much for your service.
