Drinks and tapioca are always consistent! I’ve never had any issues with my drink. Sometimes alley or Chatime’s tapioca can be mushy or tasteless but I never have that problem with coco.
The bubble tea was nice but there were a few instances where they messed up my order. Once, I ordered 3 drinks and they messed up on two of the drinks (completely different order, sugar and ice level). Another time, I ordered pearls with my drink but there wasn't any. I hope they improve their service.

Usually a typical coco store but once in awhile they have their off moments. For example, today the store wasn’t ready at opening and I had to wait 10 minutes for my online order (I was the first order). And then the Tapioca wasn’t fully cooked so it was somewhat hard and not the usual chewiness so ended up with some indigestion. Won’t be coming again at opening!
