Delicious Huaiyang cuisine, lots of techniqie showcased in the tofu noodle dish: soft buttery texture in each ingredient happily immersed in flavourful chicken broth. My wife who grew up in the region told me the food served reminded her of going to Sunday brunch with her grandparents.
