Sushi Umi offers a delightful dining experience. Friendly and professional service ensures a warm welcome. The sushi chef engages with guests, explaining each dish prepared. Fresh and delicious sushi is a highlight, with a wide selection to enjoy. While the mango cake served for special occasions may not have been exceptional, the quality of sushi and service make up for it. The omakase experience is nice but a bit overpriced, with some fish being good but not luxury. The seaweed appetizer was not good, and the tamago had an odd texture, but the coconut panna cotta was delish. Some guests found the chopsticks dirty, which is unacceptable at higher price points. Despite this, the food is super good and reasonably priced with a tax break. Sushi Umi is well worth a visit.
