The buffet is great, and well managed. It's not huge, but comparable to other lunch buffets in Ashburn and Sterling in size. They keep the fare rotating, so there's always something different. They offer several great vegetarian options as well, and it is quite affordable at $10 dollars. As a plus, they are attentive to the food that is out, so you don’t end up with empty trays or cold food.
The food is to die for. They operate on a principle of Indian food as it is meant to be. They don't adjust the spice levels, so if you want Vindaloo, you better prepare yourself because it will be HOT. The dishes are all spiced well, so if you can't handle spice at all, then this might be a detractor for you.
