“Jenn at Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill is absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly, and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism — she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

“A pleasant and welcoming place to dine with family and friends..although the waitresses were accommodating they tend to forget the number of tables they have to attend to. The food and dessert were very inviting and mouth watering.. it gave us time to communicate with each other.“

“So I went to this restaurant on August 8th this week for a social event, and the onion rings and chicken fingers were good and the service was good. However, if you require news captioning, there is something wrong with the TVs or with the service that the restaurant uses which prevents them from being able to turn on closed captioning for the CP24 news channel. I was very confused as to why the staff I asked said no to me - I genuinely believed discrimination at first. However, someone from the social attempted to navigate the menus and the option for closed captioning was grayed out and not selectable. I hope that issue can be corrected in due time around the TV and/or the service as captioning has many beneficiaries and I would hate for the restaurant to miss out on repeat business because of that. My recommendation is thus based on the service around food. Numerically, everything overall is a 4 out of 5.“

“This is the first time my family visit Vhuck's roadhouse bar and grill and it's really impressive experience. The food is great with affordable price, very worthwhile. The food is at the same level as those fancy Italian food, with competitive price. And the service was perfect, Brandon was very passionate and considerate, especially for the kid. “I had breakfast at Bar 120 Thursday before boarding my flight. It started by me walking by and asking Lea (the waitress) if it was possible to just get a bagel and coffee versus the full menu packages on the menu. Lea told me it was. From that moment I received the kindest, warmest and most personable service I can recall receiving in a long time. It was moving and made my morning. Look for Lea if you go.“

“Union Social is the place my wife and I celebrate special occasions. We do it quietly just enjoying our company, the food and service.

I had the pleasure of taking my work team for a well deserved evening out. We were placed under a fantastic server named Mackenzie. She was so attentive, really watched out for our table and others, watched her all over and smiles on all her customers faces.

The food as usual was top tier. I raved to my team I’ve never had a bad meal. They all left full and happy with our evening out. I wanted to thank Union Social for proving me right and now on the list for 5 new customers.
