Usually this place is great, the drinks are delicious. The customer service isn’t very good though… yesterday I went, spent 5 mins calculating the price and counting my coins and ordered something with brown sugar, but they were out of brown sugar. It’s to be expected. Then I decided to order something else, spent another 5 mins counting my money again, ordered it, and only THEN did he tell me it was no cash, card only. 10 mins of staring at me counting money and not saying...read full review
Really sad pick up order. One drink was missing an added topping (sago). Both drinks had tapioca that wasn’t fully cooked. Perhaps we need to drive further for our bubble tea now.

The actual location of this place is horrible, you cannot park anywhere and the door always swings all the way open. There is no where to sit most of the time. It is more expensive then the average bubble tea and I hate that they switched to paper cups where I cannot even see my drink. The drink itself is really good and it has good boba in the Erin Mills area.
