Had to explain to an absolutely flabbergasted (but nice) lady what 'black tea with milk' meant (to be fair I was being overly descriptive in my absentmindedness but I think the staff should be trained to guess ? )
The staff is very slow and my order is usually wrong or the item I want is not available. I understand that this Tims is very busy because it's in a hospital but the staff doesn't know how to manage the line efficiently. If I didn't work in the hospital I definitely would not return. Don't even get me started about the flies in the baked goods display case and on the bagels and breads on the non-covered shelves.?

I needed hot white chocolate with milk. Upon adding milk the chocolate would get cold. So I requested the service guy to kindly steam it. He said he will do it, but then he will charge me extra for it, more than a dollar more for it just for steaming it.Never have I experienced such a service at Tim Hortons but only at this branch. X
