After meeting Ed and finding he has a passion for baking no second thought was given to the fact I just had to sample his skills. Let me tell you they are top notch. The sour dough Ed produces is second to none. I have been running my own bakery for 23+ years and the quality of product received was truly delish. Will be ordering again for sure.
Ordered sourdough with 20% oat and barley sourdough so far, excited to try rye as well. I'm so glad I found this business, I eat alot of bread and being able to find locally baked sourdough without crazy additives the grocery chain breads have is so satisfying. Definitely my gut health drew me to this, but it's so tasty too!

My wife and I got some bread after meeting Ed and learning of his passion. My wife has been a bakery for a long time and been running her own bakery for over 23 years. For her to compliment another Baker or product is a very high honor. I concur that Ed's bread is second to none and Ed, if you ever have the opportunity to go on a baking show you will get two thinbs up from these two judges. Keep up the amazingly talented work.
