Their name is a solecism in Chinese. They steam buns only when you ordered but not in advance (like what normal chinese cuisine do). They offer sriracha rather than vinegar. They forgot my dumplings for like 10 minutes before taking them out of the fridge. Well at least they offered chopsticks which earned them back a star.
