The cashier was unfriendly and didn't even call out my food when it was ready. When I noticed my wrap just sitting on the counter, I went up there and asked if that was my wrap. She just nodded. I asked why she didn't call out my order, and she blatantly ignored me.I stayed for about 20 minutes to eat and when other customers came in, she smiled and talked to them so nicely, especially this to this blonde lady. I asked to scan the points so I can get the roll the points after I paid and they said they can't refund and they can't scan. I won't come here again. Bad management definitely this Tim's not canadian managed.

Had stomachache after eating here... Pastry tasted dry/stale, wrap was alright; lots of sauce and not much meat in the fried chicken pieces, and drink tasted fine. Not sure what it was.
