The place look very unhygienic, the person at reception look lethargic bored and talk with an attitude as he is doing a favor to the customer. Very unpleasant indeed , management needs to train these employees on how to treat customers. Greeting with a smile would be a good starting point and hygiene and cleaning can be improved.
