This is more of a comment on the chain and the problematic mobile app.. I was traveling and the app sent my order to the store near my home which I started with but I changed midstream to the location I was at and they were several hundred kms apart. I had to pay again for 2 Angus meals with cheese and bacon.After several emails back and forth, customer service would not refund me but would only give me the money back using e-gift cards which are totally useless with the mobile...read full review
