I’ve been going to Sip Tea for years. I believe it’s time I finally wrote them a review! First of all, the place is really small with a nice white design layout but it doesn’t accommodate much space for seating. I’ve always had good customer service from the Merivale location. The tea itself looks great, but the taste doesn't quite reach the same level. Overall, the tea looks like a 5 and tastes about 3.5. Service is friendly and helpful. The location is quite small, so don't expect seating, at most about 8 if empty. Sip tea offers a 1 liter option in "bucket" size, which is the largest size I have seen in the NCR.

Always loved Sip Tea, but for the past 4 times we came here, it was closed and it was not updated on Google Maps Hours. I am ok with them closing the store for upgrades so many times, but please at least update the hours?I left a personal message for them on the 3rd time that they closed when I visited — to request them to update their google hours but still… they didn’t… ? so yeah idk how would I know whether are they open or not.
