“We had a wonderful time at the Swiss Chalet , the food was fantastic and the server ( Laura) was a pleasure. She made our time there so fun . At the end of our meal our server brought out finger bowls. They are bowls for you to clean your hands in water with lemon. It was a fun experience and Laura was very fun and helpful with everything we ask her. Definitely recommend and we would definitely come again.!!!”

“I called the week before arriving to inquire about a large group seating, the hostess took my name, number and size of party. She asked me to call the day before to confirm, which I did. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait a little bit so current diners could finish up and give the staff time to setup for the 38 of us. I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was for the size of our group. A group of 38 adults and youth hockey players from is a lot to handle. Not one complaint from our large group. I would definitely recommend and will, happily, return when in the area again.”

We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. “Was at zappis on Saturday September 6th with my husband and son. My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.”

I'm very proud that someone stopped listening to their boss and actually filled a chipotle sauce I was paying for out of my own pocket more than half of the container. So thank you for not listening to your boss who was a cheapskate and actually filling up a chipotle sauce you did great today thank you.”

Need work on the cleanliness of the washroom area, which is the walls, the area behind the toilets, the hallway..etc. I will recommend setting up a timer for the staff to check the washroom area an hourly. Parking: You can enter the parking lot from two directions. Plenty of space.”

Everything I’ve eaten there has been fresh and delicious. Being a vegetarian sometimes finding healthy/tasty options aren’t easy, but it’s not a problem at RG’s! I haven’t been in some time but when I do go I bring food home with me for the next day and it always stays fresh. The white sauce, falafel and fries are my go to! Once the bowls were cleared, our chef came out and proceeded to entertain us with a rhythm solo using only spatulas and a fork! After verifying our meat choices, he proceeded to cook our meals. It was quite a show with an onion volcano, a train and an "I Heart U". Our meals were quite tasty and, since they use a lot of garlic butter (lactose intolerance), my companions rice dish was cooked in the kitchen, not using butter (oil instead?). The rest of her meal was cooked with the rest of the food but was separated using a limited amount of butter. The entertainment value is really good and so is the meal. All in all, had a great time and a wonderful meal.”

The Pad Thai was superb - if you are new to curry you may find the taste a bit strong, but the combo of the curry, underlying rice vinegar to balance out the smokiness was on point for a good curry dish. “I called the week before arriving to inquire about a large group seating, the hostess took my name, number and size of party. She asked me to call the day before to confirm, which I did. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait a little bit so current diners could finish up and give the staff time to setup for the 38 of us. I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was for the size of our group. A group of 38 adults and youth hockey players from is a lot to handle. Not one complaint from our large group. I would definitely recommend and will, happily, return when in the area again.”

“Easy check in, but was not able to get a table near the glass as it is pick and choose where they put you no matter the date You made your reservation. If you're first in line to get the elevator your last to get off and all the seats by the glass are taken. A little disappointed in that. We did ask about open seats and they still told us there is a half hour wait even though we had a reservation months in advance. Food was decent, piano is quite loud. Great experience though we'll do it again! The view was amazing and worth it around sunset!”
