Got a call from a manager who was friendly and apologized for a long wait time and missing items on a past visit. They made up for it by calling and apologizing sincerely. Giving a meal to make up for it was one thing, but the service, customer employee interaction and the food was all awesome. I will be returning to this location again after this team made amends.
I live Literally Across the Street from them. Ive been going here since i was 12 Years Old. I am 26 now. Through my Military Service and Even after i came Home. This was my One Stop Place. After Serving my Time in the Military the First thing i did after i got off the plane was head down to Harvey's. Love this harveys. The service from Renee at cash was great. The fella working the garnish counter was great.I even told him how great the two of them were. Sat down to eat, Renee came out to clean a couple of tables and asked if everything was OK. I told her what I said to the guy at the garnish counter. She thanked me and told me it was her manager. Keep up the great work. Definitely be back.I enjoyed my meal but enjoyed the service even better
