My partner got the tuna salad, which was a small portion, not filling, and had an odd taste. Everything else about this experience was so good I had to give 4 stars. Truly one of the best restaurant staffs I've ever had the pleasure of dining with.”

I can’t even put into words how tasty both flavors were, everyone enjoyed it. I even dreamt about it for a few days afterwards, it was that good. I live in Maryland and I’m thinking about driving back to Canada just for this chicken!! Come to the US please.”

“Unfortunately I had just eaten a full lunch in Buffalo when I became mesmorized by other reviews and had to try it. Everything scratch made. Large pieces of velveted pork in the spring rolls. Deliciously simple wontons. That red hot chili oil is a must. Owner, from Fujian province, was a joy to talk with. Will return here with a bigger appetite to devour the rest of the menu.”

“I can’t thank Bitter Sweet and Symphony more for the gorgeous cake they prepared for my son’s second birthday. Admittedly, I was nervous, as most beautifully designed cakes I’ve had in the past look good but taste … not good. So when I tell you this cake surpassed every single one of my expectations and then some, I mean it. I opted for their cookies and cream flavour and it was one of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted. I had guests tell me they felt the same way and I was so proud to have been able to serve it! “We had a beautiful dinner here. As a family of four with one school-age child and one toddler, we felt very welcome and we all thoroughly enjoyed the special views of the falls. We made our reservation online in advance, which was for 5:30 on a Saturday evening in March. Upon arrival we were very pleased to have our parking ticket validated ($35 value) and to be seated right by the window with a spectacular view. Since it took about 2 hours to enjoy all aspects of the 3-course meal, we were still there at 7:30pm when the lights came on to illuminate the falls.Our two servers were named Michelle and Cindy, both of whom were extremely efficient and helpful. They made sure our whole family was taken care of. For example, we were given a high chair for our youngest, able to order our kids' meals right away to get them eating first, kids' drinks were served in cups with lids, extra napkins without asking, etc. Michelle offered some great guidance on menu choices. We chose the prix fixe menu for both adults, and every dish was delightful. The arancini and samosa appetizers were each a great mix of different textures and fresh flavours. The lamb shank and pork main dishes were unique in flavour and generous in portion. I found the combination of roasted pork and sausage with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes was delicious, though the sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. For dessert we had a triple chocolate mousse, which was very rich, and an apple caramel cheesecake, also rich and quite sweet. Honestly we were full and a few sweet bites was enough to finish a really lovely meal.We felt the value for money was good. The 3-course meal was $65 per person, non-alcoholic drinks were $5, and kids meals with drink included were $12-$16 each, plus $5 per kid dessert. Thanks to the wonderful service and the special setting of this restaurant, it was worth it. Very memorable and enjoyable!Parking: Park in the gated Niagara Parks lot across the street, then be sure to bring your parking ticket in with you to be validated at the desk when you appear for your reservation. Keep the validated ticket with you to exit the gated lot for free ($35 value).Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming and family friendly.”
“We had dinner here last week on a short trip to Niagara. Made reservations for the 4 of us which I would recommend you do.It was not super busy and we got a nice table that was quiet and comfortable. Our server Zach was exceptional. He is personable, attentive and efficient. The Italian food here is served 'family' style. So you pay one price and you get a set menu delivered to your table in large dishes to share and you can have more of anything you like. It also included a welcome glass of prosecco (Italian champagne) and we also got 2 bottles of wine included in our meal.The food started with fresh bread which was excellent. We did order more of that. It was followed by an antipasto dish with a tasty assortment of meats, cheeses and grilled veggies. All were very tasty. That was followed by three different pastas and a server offered meatballs to each of us. One had seafood, the other a creamy alfredo sauce with truffles/mushrooms and the third was a pasta in marinara sauce. They were all amazing and we agreed it was some of the best pasta we had ever tasted. The meatballs were also excellent covered in a delightful marinara sauce. I really enjoyed all the pastas and the meatballs. That course was followed by roast chicken, steak, salmon and salad. I thought all the meats were delicious and we did not order more as it was enough for all of us.Desserts were then served. It was a tiramisu and a raspberry meringue dessert. Both were excellent. They also give each guest a little box of delicious bakery quality cookies to take home which was a nice touch. I had them later at the hotel and they were delicious.It was a reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food that was served and the fact it included wine. When we got the bill we did notice the notorious 'niagara tourist tax' was added. We asked our server if he could remove it from the bill and he did. We were grateful. So note to anyone planning to travel to Niagara, this so-called 'tax' is not supposed to be mandatory and can usually be taken off the bill if you ask.The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the following reason. We asked if we could take the leftovers home. One dish in particular, the creamy truffle pasta, had plenty left as my son does not like alfredo sauce or mushrooms. Our server said they do not allow you to take home leftovers as he stated it's like a 'buffet'. I did not really see why that was the case. The food was just going to be thrown into the garbage so seems like quite a waste. It would be different if you ordered extra dishes to take home and maybe that's what they are trying to prevent. But we were at a Disney restaurant a while back that served in a similar style and they let you take home anything you did not finish from the original dishes served. I agreed with that policy and maybe Corso could adopt a similar policy.Besides that issue, overall it was an exceptional dining experience which is rare for this tourist destination. Savoury, authentic Italian food, top notch service, cozy atmosphere and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Corso and we would definitely return if we were ever back in the Niagara region.”

He crafted “Sicilian Manhattans” for us, super smooth—while we were waiting for our table. We had Insalata Rucola and Focaccia with Honey Ricotta for appetizers. Understood it is difficult to keep tables clean from crumbs when the restaurant is busy , but , all tables should be adjusted so they don’t wobble and create hazard of spilled coffee, currently the norm; a common problem for this chain could easily be solved by national company maintenance safety review.Dietary restrictions: Too much sugar and added calories to most things ignores dietary restrictions for many many people who should not eat that much sugar . Pricing on bagels and plain croissants donuts could be lower because they are cheaper to make and customers already pay too much for coffee.”

“This is my local Tim Hortons that I stop by on a daily basis and it is nice to see familiar faces sometimes. Right now my favorite thing at Tim Hortons is their Dulce Apple Fritter and they are so good. So tasty and worth the money for those donuts. But the issue I do have is this. There is soft caramel swirled on the top of each donut and if I am paying almost $4 per donut then I want my donut the same way I see it in the tray. I do not want someone placing my donuts in a single bag tightly wrapped in wax paper because every time I take that paper off it peels all the caramel off the top of them. So, now they place them in a box with no wax paper but there is one employee who still tries to wrap my donuts in wax paper and I get upset. Now he does not use wax paper for them but it's just frustrating to have the same discussion every time I get the donuts. I have had him take my donuts back to replace them with 2 more. He does replace them and I can see he doesn't want to but customers are always right. Lately though, I have gotten a couple donuts and inside my donut is empty. There should be a huge amount of caramel inside but it isn't there. And the worst part about it is you don't even know until you almost ate the whole donut. You can tell when the big boss is around because you can feel the tension in the air. There is no yelling, fighting with customers, making food wrong every other order. I still go there regardless but there are some things that need to be fixed there. Like the employee's respect for the customers. They will argue with you and try to be right so they were never taught that customers are always right. Unless that does not exist anymore but when did that change? And lastly, there is nothing more ignorant than a worker speaking in a different language in front of you and to you or about you. I do not understand what you are saying so if you cannot speak in my language about me than wait until you are done work to speak about me with your friends if I am that important to talk about later on. I am not trying to point out anyone in particular, it's just the employee's that are working. For people to speak about you behind your back or around you is considered rude than it will surely be rude to do it in another language around someone. Anyways, I do like this Tim Hortons location and will always stop by this spot to get my donuts and iced capp because I love them and the people are friendly. The location is downtown so some of the characters that show up are a little different and people aren't used to seeing a lot of street people like they have here but they let them stay sometimes. My photo I posted is my empty Dulce Apple Fritter. I know it is almost gone but I had no caramel inside my donut at all. And the caramel they squirt in to is about as thin as a line drawn from a pencil.Parking: There is lots of parking at this location. Instead there was an under seasoned piece of broccoli and two round potatoes. Views were spectacular, and the revolving feature is what really made the whole experience. “We had a beautiful dinner here. As a family of four with one school-age child and one toddler, we felt very welcome and we all thoroughly enjoyed the special views of the falls. We made our reservation online in advance, which was for 5:30 on a Saturday evening in March. Upon arrival we were very pleased to have our parking ticket validated ($35 value) and to be seated right by the window with a spectacular view. Since it took about 2 hours to enjoy all aspects of the 3-course meal, we were still there at 7:30pm when the lights came on to illuminate the falls.Our two servers were named Michelle and Cindy, both of whom were extremely efficient and helpful. They made sure our whole family was taken care of. For example, we were given a high chair for our youngest, able to order our kids' meals right away to get them eating first, kids' drinks were served in cups with lids, extra napkins without asking, etc. Michelle offered some great guidance on menu choices. We chose the prix fixe menu for both adults, and every dish was delightful. The arancini and samosa appetizers were each a great mix of different textures and fresh flavours. The lamb shank and pork main dishes were unique in flavour and generous in portion. I found the combination of roasted pork and sausage with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes was delicious, though the sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. For dessert we had a triple chocolate mousse, which was very rich, and an apple caramel cheesecake, also rich and quite sweet. Honestly we were full and a few sweet bites was enough to finish a really lovely meal.We felt the value for money was good. The 3-course meal was $65 per person, non-alcoholic drinks were $5, and kids meals with drink included were $12-$16 each, plus $5 per kid dessert. Thanks to the wonderful service and the special setting of this restaurant, it was worth it. Made reservations for the 4 of us which I would recommend you do.It was not super busy and we got a nice table that was quiet and comfortable. Our server Zach was exceptional. He is personable, attentive and efficient. The Italian food here is served 'family' style. So you pay one price and you get a set menu delivered to your table in large dishes to share and you can have more of anything you like. It also included a welcome glass of prosecco (Italian champagne) and we also got 2 bottles of wine included in our meal.The food started with fresh bread which was excellent. We did order more of that. It was followed by an antipasto dish with a tasty assortment of meats, cheeses and grilled veggies. All were very tasty. That was followed by three different pastas and a server offered meatballs to each of us. One had seafood, the other a creamy alfredo sauce with truffles/mushrooms and the third was a pasta in marinara sauce. They were all amazing and we agreed it was some of the best pasta we had ever tasted. The meatballs were also excellent covered in a delightful marinara sauce. I really enjoyed all the pastas and the meatballs. That course was followed by roast chicken, steak, salmon and salad. I thought all the meats were delicious and we did not order more as it was enough for all of us.Desserts were then served. It was a tiramisu and a raspberry meringue dessert. Both were excellent. They also give each guest a little box of delicious bakery quality cookies to take home which was a nice touch. I had them later at the hotel and they were delicious.It was a reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food that was served and the fact it included wine. When we got the bill we did notice the notorious 'niagara tourist tax' was added. We asked our server if he could remove it from the bill and he did. We were grateful. So note to anyone planning to travel to Niagara, this so-called 'tax' is not supposed to be mandatory and can usually be taken off the bill if you ask.The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the following reason. We asked if we could take the leftovers home. One dish in particular, the creamy truffle pasta, had plenty left as my son does not like alfredo sauce or mushrooms. Our server said they do not allow you to take home leftovers as he stated it's like a 'buffet'. I did not really see why that was the case. The food was just going to be thrown into the garbage so seems like quite a waste. It would be different if you ordered extra dishes to take home and maybe that's what they are trying to prevent. But we were at a Disney restaurant a while back that served in a similar style and they let you take home anything you did not finish from the original dishes served. I agreed with that policy and maybe Corso could adopt a similar policy.Besides that issue, overall it was an exceptional dining experience which is rare for this tourist destination. Savoury, authentic Italian food, top notch service, cozy atmosphere and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Corso and we would definitely return if we were ever back in the Niagara region.”

I expected the lady on the phone to tell me it would be closed but to my surprise she confirmed they were open 10-2 Easter Sunday March 31st (I asked her a few times because I was surprised) so I placed an order however come this morning my sister went to pick up and they were closed. I left a voicemail and messaged the Facebook messenger unsure of what to do since I didn’t have any other option since I ordered this cake a couple of weeks ago… Dilpreet reached out to me almost immediately and apologized multiple times for the miscommunication as they are closed however he provided me a list of cakes to choose from and said he could have it ready within a few hours, they were unfortunately out of the one I ordered which was carrot but the lemon one we chose instead looks incredible. Dilpreet did this all free of charge for the miscommunication on Easter Sunday he came in prepared the cake and had us come right away. This customer service was top notch! 100% Dilpreet corrected the issue and I will be more then happy to continue coming to crivelli cakes as my entire family uses them for all special occasions! The ride in the elevator takes about a minute. You're almost 800 ft up from the Falls. The tower, the elevators, and the railing/cage were all in great shape, very well maintained, so you have a great sense of security if you're afraid of heights. Expect crowds, it's a popular attraction, but it's so worth it.”

“We came here for dinner, a massive group of 14 people (!!!), and were served with the utmost hospitality and most delicious food. We split into two tables of 7 and our server, a kind and pleasant young woman, handled us so professionally! Large groups are never easy given the number of orders and cutlery, not to mention we had an anaphylactic peanut allergy, but she managed us with grace and such warmth! Oftentimes, she would be juggling multiple plates but never failed to do so with a nice smile on her face. My table ordered two mango salads to share, with were served with complimentary shrimp chips. The salads were a decent portion, with lots of crunchy cashews and sweet apples and mangoes. We then ordered a few mains family-style - a green / emerald chicken curry (with no peanuts), a peanut-free chef's pad thai, a red curry, a pad see ew, and a fried rice. Everything was delicious but my personal favourites were the pad see ew (so flavourful and with good wok hei) and the emerald curry (their spiciest curry - which did pack a slight punch). The pad thai was good too, but good pad thai isn't that rare now. Finally, we ended with three mango sticky rices. The mango to rice ratio was amazing, with thick and plump mango slices on coconut-y, creamy rice. What an amazing meal! Would highly recommend and definitely come again.”

I distinctly recall ordering dessert and as I finished asking for my dessert I started saying "also could we please get some water" and she walked away while I was speaking to her. It was just rude. “Had the salmon and my friend had the stroganoff. The stroganoff was nothing to write home about as the meat was tough, sauce was bland, and the choice of having peppers in it was a bit off-putting. However the salmon was excellent with the light flavor of hollandaise, and a very good portion. It was a bit disappointing that they didn’t have the sweet potato mash and green beans with my dish that I saw in recent photos. Instead there was an under seasoned piece of broccoli and two round potatoes. Views were spectacular, and the revolving feature is what really made the whole experience.
