This is my local Tim Hortons that I stop by on a daily basis and it is nice to see familiar faces sometimes. Right now my favorite thing at Tim Hortons is their Dulce Apple Fritter and they are so good. So tasty and worth the money for those donuts. But the issue I do have is this. There is soft caramel swirled on the top of each donut and if I am paying almost $4 per donut then I want my donut the same way I see it in the tray. Today I bought breakfast combo, I did it 2-3tims a week. Cashier charge extra $0.50 for maffin, but I didn't take hash brown. Total $9.82.My husband paid today for same combo in other Tim Hortons $ 9.26 .????????

I like Tim Hortons more than any other coffee shops but this location is the worst i've been to. Most of the staff looks and acts like they hate what they're doing. You have to stare at them and make sure they're putting your orders out. Putting your name in the order is useless. They don't call it out. They're claiming they did but there's 4 of us looking at the server didn't even see her mouth open. Very poor customer service.
