“I love the steak pies, chicken pot pies and the scotch pies. Had the curry chicken pie it was good too. My favourite is the steak pie and the scotch pie is perfect for a late Saturday morning breakfast.Pies are customizable if you order ahead and are particular as to what you want in your steak pie.The staff is amazing. Very friendly, very polite, and overall an amazing experience every time.“

“ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS! Recently purchased some meat to make my first batch of sausage with. Nick went above and beyond and educated me on the different cuts of meats, what percentages to use and tips and tricks and made sure I got the best of the best. When I picked up everything Joe treated me like family and was very helpful and friendly and also gave me some more education. It's awesome to see two people take so much pride and passion in what they do and treating customers like family. Also, on my way into the store I stopped by the bakery department (like the elf I am LOL) and spoke with the bakery person who was amazing (sorry, didnt get her name, older lady with glasses-very friendly). She educated me on ALL of the sweets and baked goods, how much pride/passion they take in their in house baking goods and also the specialty items from Germany and Italy etc. WOW! “I can’t thank Bitter Sweet and Symphony more for the gorgeous cake they prepared for my son’s second birthday. Admittedly, I was nervous, as most beautifully designed cakes I’ve had in the past look good but taste … not good. So when I tell you this cake surpassed every single one of my expectations and then some, I mean it. I opted for their cookies and cream flavour and it was one of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted. I had guests tell me they felt the same way and I was so proud to have been able to serve it! I had ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday in December at the same time and I’ll be dreaming of this cake until then! Thank you thank you!!“
