Let me start by saying I am so happy the GTA has Boustan now. I fell in love with Boustan when I lived in Montreal. Always the go to place for an awesome shawarma at a great price. The quality here is just the same as it is in Quebec. These are honestly the best sandwiches you can get anywhere. The pitas are grilled on an open flame instead of being pressed which really sets it over the edge. Plus the deals and coupons these guys have is unworldly. I never do this, but the situation that happened at the store was so odd. When I arrived, a worker who was washing dishes came to the till and took my order. Then, he went back to washing his dishes and after 5 minutes when he was done, he started to prepare my order. I was the only customer there, and I don't understand why he made me wait. It seems like he had no sense of customer service. This was super insulting.
