“What a great find. It's a Lebanese owned bakery/Middle Eastern grocery/shawarma place all in one. I saw mouloukhia leaves for the first time in ages. Spotlessly clean hot counter. Great lachma bi-ajeen, manakeesh, different types of stuffed fatayers including my favourite one with Turkish style sausage (SOUJOUK), feta, spinach, you name it. They have a ton of flatbreads including the most paper thin lavash I have ever seen.Polite people. We will be back for sure. Nice find!“

“First off, you can really tell this place is a labor of love from the owner. He and his staff were more than hospitable and accommodating. I had picked up a chicken plate and a student special meal for my son. For a child who is very picky about food, he said it was the best Shawarma wrap he'd had. Everything was fresh, crisp, and flavorful. Highly recommend trying it out. It's a definite repeat for me.Sorry no photos, looked and smelled too good to remember to take photos.“

The Arabian Shawarma Fries Platter is one of their best dishes and not generally found in other shawarma places. Both chicken and beef shawarma taste equally good. “Honestly probably one of the best falafels if not the best falafel I have tried in Canada in my 11 years here. The closest it comes to the falafels I use to have in Kuwait. But better than the food which is already amazing is their service, it is a family run business and each one of them are so sweet and kind.“
“I went there for my wife's birthday dinner and the food was amazing. We had Falafel, Banaganuj and Lamb skewers and everything was deliciously good. The right quantity at a reasonable price. The lamb skewers with rice is a standout. Had a really nice experience here. We also had a complimentary Kunafa Ashta on the house as a special treat for birthday. “Wow! One of the best experiences I’ve had in Toronto in awhile. Taline is a beautiful two storey restaurant, service was friendly, helpful and an incredible menu. My partner and I were recommended a lovely Armenian wine with the chefs menu and were so impressed course over course. Come hungry, the portions are sizeable and you won’t want to miss a bite. We loved that they didn’t rush us and it felt like we were on vacation for 3 hours. Thank you so much for a spectacular date night!“
“I don't know when I will stop saying I'm new in canada,but I'm new anyway..this day ,I was just passing right outside this Lebanon place..I noticed some samosas which looked very well cooked and i could tell from far ,they were tasty..and yes they were.I popped in and it was before their opening hr,but they opened the back door for me.. “Tried this place yesterday first time. Shawarma beef, was delicious. Fresh and very very tasty. The staff was friendly pleasant and very generous in letting me trying the brown lentil rice . Very sweet of her. Place is right next to my work place. So I will definitely be going there for lunch. “Hands down THE BEST chicken shawarma plate i have had to date. Chicken is tender and moist. Perfectly seasoned on a bed of basmati rice. Toppings of classic pickles, turnips, cabbage,tomatoes. The garlic sauce is delicious! Server gave me fresh fries to try thr garlic sauce i have had sauce in other places that was overly sweet. This one was perfect. Got hot sauce on the side which was mild to medium hit. Just Tell them theHeat level.My son had falafel plate and they were freshly made. Crispy on the outside tender on the inside. My son is picky and the fact he was impressed says alot! Believe me.Very good value too! Portions are excellent and generous. Place is family run. Owner is from iraq and one of the servers is Afghani. I can tell it has an authentic flavor. I snapped a pic of the chicken plate below. “Let me start by saying I am so happy the GTA has Boustan now. I fell in love with Boustan when I lived in Montreal. Always the go to place for an awesome shawarma at a great price. The quality here is just the same as it is in Quebec. These are honestly the best sandwiches you can get anywhere. The pitas are grilled on an open flame instead of being pressed which really sets it over the edge. Plus the deals and coupons these guys have is unworldly. Everything in the picture below I got for 9.29 before tax. That’s a Creation wrap, garlic potatoes and a bottle of pop. It’s incredible. I can’t rave enough about Boustan. Plus the cook and the girl working the counter were delightful on top of the food! You must try“
