Used to come pick up lunch once a week during the pandemic and the service has always been pretty bad. Would place an order online, and they would only start making it once I got there because they didn't realize they had received an order. I was able to put up with that because the food was generally very good. Shawarma is huge and expensive but lacks flavour. Too much eggplants, carrots and tahini. It's not salty, not sour - It's just plain. In two words - lot's of food, no taste. Even pickles don't make it better. Their hot sauce isn't hot at all, even if you ask for extra spicy - won't feel it.And in the end - what do eggplants and carrots do in a shawarma????
