Walking around looking for a new place to try for lunch, I love a chicken sandwich so we decided to test Mr.K out. We got the original sandwiches and combos so fries and cans of pop were included and our order was made fresh. I have to say, if you are with someone else, think about only getting one combo! Popeyes chicken burger was my all time favourite but just thought to try it out here! And, unexpectedly it was an awesome chicken burger! Better than Popeyes for sure! Very crispy, hot and fresh!! Must try :)
The owner is very nice. The food, well, hit or miss. He does a special daily, which usually sounds enticing, but apparently is cooked well ahead of time in large batches. Tried the burgers, was a bit to dry to my liking. The potato wedges soggy and soaked with grease, meaning the temperature isn’t high enough for the grease it leaves residuals, or because the delivery packaging isn’t ventilated, thus causing them to get soggy.
