I’m so happy during my stay. Room is neat and clean. Pleasant and helpful staffs. I checked out after 2 days of stay, unfortunately my car didn’t start and Mr. Sanam help me heartily. Thank you Mr. Sanam your help very much appreciated.

My family stayed one night at Novotel and had the breakfast buffet at the hotel’s restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Adam , our server, went above and beyond to host us and did a fantastic job entertaining our two small kids. His professionalism, demeanour and customer service was very appreciated.
