I used to love going into this store before they renovated and got a bunch of new staff in. It doesn't matter how slow they are or if I place my mobile order five or fifteen minutes before I arrive my order is seldom ready and I more often than not have to wait five minutes or more and I end up being late for work There are times when I have had to ask staff if my order actually went through
The best staff, environment and experience ever. I’ve always had such a good time here whether it’s for to get coffee with a friend or for some studying. The staff is so sweet and makes me feel welcome. Highly reccommend.

This occurred on Oct 4th at roughly 5:15pm.THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!Firstly WOW. Just wow. These ladies (I believe Carolina and May?) plus the manager made my kids week. I ordered a coffee for myself and while in line these ladies complimented my boys and gave them both Starbucks fall temporary tattoos.
