The manager use Philippino to insult the customer.The customer use English to make an order for a soup and no other things. She keeps repeating and others. The man said no for few times. After that she said here is the English speaking country.
Rude and unpleasant staffs. I asked for a simple accommodation and it's one I have always asked at other Tim Hortons locations and they have always been able to accommodate. But the staff here just straight up rejected me. I don't come to this location often and I will certainly not be back. Do you get a bonus for being unpleasant with your customers? ??

There was a long line up when I visited today. I decided to order through my mobile app for a quicker pick up.I waited there for at least 10 minutes, I even asked to make sure that they are taking mobile order. I then step up again and asked only to find out that my order was already ready over the counter but no one called the order number or name!
