This place is grossly understaffed and employees are overworked. Slow service, but employees were working frantically. Time for Tim Hortons to hire more staff, pay their employees more, and chop down on their egregiously expansive menu. Coffee and Donuts only. Stop trying to be McDonald's.

I had a terrible experience at a Tim Hortons location. The lady, who I believe is either a manager or supervisor, was loudly shouting and bullying a new employee behind the counter. It was incredibly unpleasant, and customers could clearly hear what was happening.
