I've seen flies in the display case at this location multiple times but today I saw the biggest one yet. Every time I see one, I notify the staff but it looks like this issue hasn't been addressed as it keeps happening.Safe to say, I won't be going to this location anymore because of the inconsistent quality of the food, the lack of cleanliness, and lackluster service from the staff.
I placed a mobile order for a drink. Upon arrival, I saw a cup on the pickup counter but it was next to a receipt that had someone else’s name. I waited a few minutes then finally asked and turned out that was my drink. My name was on the lid, but the counter was so high I couldn’t see the top. The staff was not discourteous, just indifferent.
