Bought a croissant at 9:00 A.M and it was hard as a rock as though it had been sitting there for an entire day. Unacceptable! The service was slow. Waited in line for this! This is not my first unpleasant experience at this location but this was disappointing enough to write a review. We just tossed the croissant in the garbage because it is not edible
Terrible service and the employees forget to give all the items ordered. Whenever I order a food item from this location it is always incorrect; dry chicken, messy wraps & wrong ingredients. Workers are also unprofessional and do not seem to know a thing about the items on the menu.

Every time I come to this Tim Horton's the employees are always rushing me to take my food drive away, there's been many instances that I've done so they've messed up my order after I've droven away. It's an incredible inconvenience because I have to check if they did the job right or not, if you can't correctly keep up with the service industry's pace then don't work in fast food locations.
