“Stopped at this location this morning on my way to Blue Mountain. The staff was nice, especially the lady cashier was kind enough to help me with my order. Food was good. It’s best to go to front counter in case of long queues at drive thru.“

“Went to hwy 10 store tonight from 11pm to 1 am.I want to commend an employee who was solely working drivethrough and counter tonight.Suman( sorry - spelling!) Impressed my friend and I .He was courteous prompt articulate polite and could make correct change .As we sat he was thoroughly cleaning every nook in the store in great detail .Which prompted us to ask his first name and commend his excellent work ethic.You dont see it as much any more esp self motivated to do the extras , even where it is in fact, the job.I reccommend the business owner know and appreciate properly when an employee goes above and beyond and reward it.Thanks“
“I ordered from this location on skipthedishes this morning and found many parts of my order wrong. Of course we were very upset but when my boyfriend called this location directly the employee offered to redo the entire order and drop it off directly to us. Everything was correct the second time and delivered very quickly. Very happy with the customer service that rectified this problem.“
“I live in Brampton however today I found myself in Orangeville. I tend to refrain from going to tim Hortons because it’s not the same as it once was. However today when I first walked in the door a lady was cleaning the tables. It was very clean and the food was the Tim Hortons quality I once remember. The staff were great very polite and hard workers. This Tim Hortons should be used as an example to other locations on how they should properly be run. Great job“
