“This is our favorite location. The staff are excellent and accommodating. The food is good and the service is provided in a timely manner even with large groups. My kids love going here for their birthdays because of the singing robot.

“We stopped in at Broadhead Brewery in Orleans on a hot day. There was a live band playing which was a nice surprise. We tasted 4 different kinds of beer, with our favorite being the blueberry blonde, and Neipa. We enjoyed a beautiful and tasty charcuterie board along with warm pretzel bites and dips. While we sat inside to endulge in the air conditioning, they do have a really nice patio, equipped with umbrellas for shade, a bean bag game, and speakers to hear the band playing inside. Definitely worth a visit. T”

“Update: Great service and tea. It’s probably the best bubble tea franchise in Ottawa. I did had the one bad experience (see previous review) but the rest outweigh the one.

Previous Review: I asked for minimal ice and she took it as put more water. When I went back to ask why it tasted like water she admitted that she added more water to counteract the less ice. The more logical way to make the drink would be to add more base. When she made it the second time she added more ice ?. This place is usually really good but this experience ruined it.”

I was in the aisle feeling a little overwhelmed over the differences between brands and frantically googling which is best when the gentlemen who was working the store approached me. He went through each and every supplement I was looking for and pointed out the differences and why some might be more beneficial over others. I was very appreciative of his help and will 100% return to this store again.”

“The second we stepped in the restaurant we were welcomed by the flagrant smell of lemongrass and shrimp so we had to order the Tom Kha soup with the spicy hot and sour broth. For second I ordered the Lemongrass Chicken with Vermicelli and my son asked for
Thai Royal noodle with grilled shrimp skewers.
I was pleasantly surprised to get a free spring roll with the soup. The Tom Kha was very nice, just a little spicy but it had a little too much tofu for my like.
The Thai Royal noodle came with rice noodles tossed in basil sauce so it was green and a
healthy choice for the health conscious mind.
We finished our lunch (on Jan 29th. 2025)
with a delicious cheese cake.
For all of this nice lunch in a quiet and pleasant restaurant we payed $52.40…
T-basil in Orleans is an excellent choice for delicious Thai cuisine and there is plenty of free parking spaces.

I hadn’t ordered in months and was really looking forward to the buffalo chicken strips and they gave me regular chicken strips. We ordered a bottled iced tea and got a can instead. Of course everything is in bags and sealed so it makes it harder but it’s important. Not only did the cook make the wrong food but even the lady who packages it before you get it doesn’t notice.”
