I ate in Xiaoqianyuan on the second day of the New Year and discovered a treasure. I got along very well with the boss and had a great time chatting! This Sichuan and Chongqing cuisine is authentic, and has been improved according to the taste here. It is not so oily, but still maintains the flavor. Unlock the boss’s hidden menu, Guizhou sour soup with beef, tofu and vegetables. Not much to say, I’ve finished all the dishes in one pot, and I recommend that anyone who wants to drink sour soup give it a try. The grilled fish is also delicious, not so oily, very fragrant, very authentic Guizhou flavor, well worth eating! ! !
