“Great and such friendly service! We just arrived 10mins after the kitchen has closed. My sister and her family were visiting from the US. The hostess was very sweet and was able to get us waffles for my niece and nephew. We got the rainbow waffle, they accommodating a mango allergy and replaced it with bananas…. Yum! So delicious!! “Great experience at Chachis Chai bar last weekend after hearing many good things from neighbors and friends. Got the spicey turkey panini and butter chicken poutine and it was DELICIOUS. Made fresh to order and we can really taste the difference. Drinks were also good (we had the mango drink with jelly and noodles). Will definitely come back to try more things.“
“Better food than Tim Hortons. Great service. Good coffee and tea.Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza. Parking is usually available unless the whole plaza is busy. Technically wheelchair accessible but the entrance can be hard to get to with a wheelchair of the lot is full.“
“Very new store and new on Uber eats but we were sooooo excited that this chain opened up in Pickering! It’s Kung fu tea but not the same menu as in Markham and other Canadian locations. This is the first that has the American menu. Not sure if it is because the time we ordered (near end of day) but lots of out of stock drinks. There was a slight hiccup with the Uber system that made the store only see one drink and they called us to say it was out of stock too. Uber delivered it with just one drink when we ordered 4, so the owners called and made the drinks when the store was already closed. Another drink was out of stock but they made us an alternative drink. They had a worker deliver and refund us the entire Uber order in cash. Very unexpected and great customer service. The drinks were really good too! Looking forward to ordering more! Very impressed with the drinks and most importantly the customer service. Welcome to another good bbt chain here to Pickering!“
“This is one of the most welcoming places in the Nautical Village, Pickering. I love the feeling I get when I walk into the place and am always greeted with a great big smile. Great cappuccinos, etc. and there’s always something yummy to eat. Michele and Tyler always treat everyone with respect and kindness and make everyone feel special. Special events at the cafe are an added bonus, from open-mic Friday nights, Music on the Porch by many excellent musicians that we have come to know and love. It doesn’t hurt that this cafe is in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the beautiful lake and lakefront. What more can one ask for? Visit the cafe and you can see for yourself all the things there is to love about it! My safe and happy place! ❤️“
“I was really surprised by the amount of seating in this Starbucks restaurant at the Pickering Town Centre. Seating in the restaurant and also, in the corridor at the mall. They're always seems to be a lineup at this restaurant and takes a few minutes for you to place and receive your order.I bought a gift card and was happy with the selection of designs on each gift card.“
“Let me honest the best thing at Tim Hortons anymore are their breakfast sandwiches. Visited every location in Southern Ontario a few times and it's all gone downhill. This perhaps remains one of the few decent locations. Do not order anything else besides the morning food items, no drinks either. Visit another shop if you want better caffeine beverages. The owner has hired more Canadian born workers than other places. This has led to better food quality since migrant employees have always rushed me in service.“
