Had the wanton noodles soup today. It did not taste as good as before. The soup was bland and the wanton meat looked half-cooked. There is a new older chef inside. I think it is cooked by him. Different chefs usually cook with different flavours. This dish is off my list.
Have been their loyal customer for quite a while. Majority of their food is really tasty. Proportion is pretty good. Most importantly very economical. Similar to our Cantonese catchphrase "平reasonable，靚presentable，正palatable". Strongly recommend to try their 梅菜扣肉Steamed pork with preserved vegetables，茶皇太爺雞Soya Sauce Chicken，生炒糯米飯Canton Kitchen style sticky rice.
