Muslim Owned. Friendly stuff. A lot of different menu options. It's a very basic looking restaurant. Walk in. I have the Zanzibar mix, which is like a thick soup with chickpeas, and potatoes. It's a little tart and spicy. It was good. Healthy. If you're looking for something different but tasty, this is the place.

We ordered a combo of the beef cubes and cassava fries with beef samosa to go. Food took about 20 minutes. We visited the surrounding food places in the same plaza while waiting. We were trying something new for us. I think what we ordered was not what we were expecting. It is not a typical beef texture but I give it a 4* because the service is very friendly.

I've lived next to Pili Pili since it opened and only just discovered it over the last year and I totally regret not trying the food here sooner! It's consistently delicious and something I truly look forward to. I always order the ribs, chicken and beef mishkaki, mogo, fries kebab and samosas - the meats dishes are moist, tender and absolutely delicious but I have to put a spotlight on the ribs! Oh-m-gee!
