I ordered a mobile order for pick up. I went to the location thinking that it was ready for pick up, nope. I went there and then they grabbed the receipt of the mobile order and then started making the order.
Honestly, this location is terrible. Today I spent 20 minuets to get one coffee... And this was a good day. All the go workers are walking around and presumably doing something, but it's not helping the people in line. It seems like their management only cares about drive through times.
