“We placed an order for a bunch of dinner rolls (feeding 25, ordered 3 dozen rolls) on a busy morning for the following morning pick up. We went to pick up and the order didn’t get put in for whatever reason.. they were busy it got misplaced… it happens. The employees were incredibly sympathetic and were happy to replace my order with anything in the store at no cost. I only took what I needed for our dinner party, which ended up being a huge hit regardless because it was still delicious fresh bread. My “negative” experience was not at all negative. They stepped up quickly and happily to fix the problem. And their bread of course is delicious. 10/10 would go again. Great staff. Great products!“
“I never liked apple pies, until today! My son and I passed by Pusateri's and this little shop caught our attention. We bought 3 pcs and luckily they had a promo and ended up getting 6 pcs for 11 bucks! My son and I fell inlove with the apple pie! It was unbelivably delicious! I swear to my life! Hahaha“
“These guys are innovators when it comes to baking and have top quality products that you just won't find in every other place. “Tim hortons- when it comes to coffee and a donut ect. It will never let u down when u need that little pick me up. When it comes to there fast food, I would have to say it's a hit or miss. It's like every other fast food place tho; there is just no love put into the preparation and for me,well that makes all the difference. I guess they call it fast food right , not slow diligently with love food.“
“My Timmies experience on Talbot Rd in St Thomas was an outstanding one this time as I strolled up to the counter there was Loreen. A very professional and friendly timmies staffer who really makes the early morning good. Her smile and pleasent demeanor really set a good tone for hard working people. The 4 by 4 and bacon cheese melt on a fresh biscuit not english muffin was to die for. The bathrooms and outer area were clean and all you can smell is Timmies coffee, bacon and fresh donuts. If you see that 270 car line up at Timmies. Venture in and get smiles and great service, I do. I also picked up a mug and Timmies gift card for emergencies or to pass along to a bestie. “Me and my mom came here for the first time last weekend and it was amazing we bought 6 fritters about 30 minutes until close... ate them all and decided we needed more, we went back and it was about 5 minutes until close and there was only apple ones left, a young girl that was working was more than happy to work later and make us some fresh ones of our choice of flavour. So good and great service, definitely coming again!!!!“

“We reserved for high tea, group of 4. It was such a lovely space and everything was ready for us. We were offered a bubbly drink, tea/coffee, and we each received a selection of savoury and sweet items. It was a good amount of food! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was so nice to catch up with friends. The clotted cream and jam on scones were my favourite. HighlyRecommend and I will be coming back!“
