She had great timing without hovering, had great suggestions on the menu and was very personable. We had the Pineapple Situation and the NY Strip. Both were excellent! “Excellent fresh and delicious food! I ordered the large Royal Mumbai with additional protein (jackfruit) for lunch. It was a lot of food for lunch so next time I would order the small. I eat WFPB and can be picky about where I eat but this food did not disappoint! Extremely tasty!! Highly recommend. Spent the day in Stratford with 4 ladies and we all had something different and everyone loved their meal!

“I was initially hesitant to visit this small Japanese restaurant, but I was absolutely amazed! The customer service is outstanding, the staff, particularly the Japanese ladies, are incredibly approachable and helpful in guiding us through the menu.

We ordered the Unagi Bowl and Tofu Bowl, both with the Spicy Ninja Sauce, and we also tried the Spicy Salmon. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious! I can't wait to come back for more. Highly recommend this hidden gem!”

I like that they have good quality ingredients. A good selection of plant-based / vegan food options as well as natural sweeteners for drinks.

I tried their flat white, which was smooth. Their vegan chocolate brownie and chocolate chip sea salt cookie were delicious and not too sweet.

Overall, a good experience and worth a visit!”

Not only were they extremely easy / flexible when creating a dinner menu / responding to emails, they were punctual with delivery & pick up, had all supplies required, and the food was DELICIOUS! “Absolutely excellent. we had the foot long (ok, it's 9 inches, but that's plenty), with onion rings for me and fries for my hubby. Absolutely the best onion rings I've had in years...not preformed or even baked...the real thing. the hotdog was perfectly cooked and the bun was lovely and fresh. I was going to give it 9/10, but wondered what could be improved, so 10/10 it is! A real summertime treat!”

“Harvey's is a fast food chain. For fast food, the food was delicious. I had a well made fast food burger with fresh toppings and very tasty fries. What really stands out about this particular location in Stratford is that the main dining area and restroom were both very clean, but even more impressive is the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Your staff at this location was really great and made us feel quite welcome. Thanks for having us. We'll be back because of your workers.”

“I thought I would take a walk and get some ice cream. It seemed like a good place, as it was within a good distance. The ice cream was good, but I was a little disappointed that they only have soft serve. All of the flavors are really dips, not flavors of ice cream. This actually made it harder to eat in the heat, because the ice cream was melting inside the dip and coming out the cracks. I'm not so sure I would add it to my favorite places. ?”

“We were from Brantford originally and have visited Stacked there. Very good. Now living in Stratford and told the owner is the same. Delightful news! We know him to be an honest man. Our view of this place is the food is good but the layout of the restaurant isn’t. We found ourselves secluded from other eaters. Half the fun of breakfast is meeting others or being around other familiar patrons. There are other breakfast establishments in town that are all open with tables close together. We have met many nice people. We did happen to talk to an elderly man that came and sat with us at the open place above and he mentioned that he had visited Stacked in Stratford and didn’t like it because he was put in a back corner by himself and saw no one . This gentleman also likes to go to breakfast to be among others rather than eating alone at home.
Another point is that the only windows at the front were dirty.
Open it up, clean the windows and have a chatty, cheerie , knows everyone waitress or greeter. In Brant county the owner of a popular diner called Gemini’s which is now gone due to unforeseen circumstances, was extremely popular because the owner was just that . You felt welcome and that you belonged and that you mattered.

Parking: Went back after first review. Great atmosphere, friendly service , best sausage and overall breakfasts, better than any other breakfast we’ve had in Stratford and we have tried them all. Great coffee, very clean !! Free parking and lots if it. Highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely go back.”

And of course, my fog lives her puppy cone. The only negative is that this location is too small to serve DQ hot foods except for hot dogs.”

“Being disabled, I appreciate the curb side delivery available through the Swiss Chalet app. However, on my last visit, someone in the restaurant disabled their internet connection so I was unable to advise the restaurant of my arrival. I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing, and ended up having to go to the takeout counter. I told the clerk of the situation, and she checked on her tablet, gave a mumbled "sorry", and yhen said I should have called. I told her the restaurant's phone number does not appear on the app.”
