“Popped in to pick up a couple subs. Server was pleasant but was difficult to understand. My order was ready and being packaged and an Uber eats driver came in. I was left standing there while he gave priority to the driver, even though I was almost done. A bit frustrating. And when I emptied my bag at home there was a coupon for a ticket draw for NBA all Star game, that had long expired.“
“Visited this location in the summer and was not impressed with the cleanliness or the service quality that you’d expect from Pita Pit. Heard there was an ownership change after seeing it across social media and decided to try it out again. I can definitely say the store is in much better hands! The store was immaculate and the new staff are so friendly! It was great to see a hands on owner helping her staff and greeting customers. Will definitely be back!“

“I have been going to Evelyn's Sandwich Factory for about 15 years now. All through my pregnancy I was so sick but I craved tomato bisque soup and turkey salad sandwiches from Evelyn’s. Since my surgery in October eating has been very hard but guaranteed every time I go to Evelyn’s they look after me. Today I craved bread which I can’t really have so Evelyn made me an egg salad micro bowl and a small cut up piece of bread just enough to satisfy my craving. Nikita Alexandra and her mom Evelyn and Pam have become like family. Next time you are in Welland pay then a visit.“

“I got a last minute catering order for my office of 40-50 people. I called the day before and the staff was very kind and accomodating. They sent the reciept right away, offered many options and it was a great interaction. The food was tasty and everyone enjoyed the lunch. We will definitely be using them again.“

“My partner and I come here to support a local mom and pop shop instead of the chain sub shops and of course their subs are delicious. I rated 4 stars on food today as their was empty space in the bun where more meatballs could have been.I've never had an area on my subs where it was nothing but bread ... a shame.“
“I had a taxi on the way to come get me, and the employees here were able to take my order and make my subs in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. I don’t personally believe service workers owe their customers reverence but their kindness touched my heart.“
“I’m a regular at this location and I can honestly say the subs and customer service is top tier. I always get a tuna sub toasted and loaded. I’ve had a couple mishaps with them in the past, but they always make it right. we’re always met with smiles and kindness. we love all of the staff here and always send people to this location.“

“Excellent. 15 nice sized sub sandwiches on a plastic tray beautifully displayed. Very fresh bread with assorted mixed display of meat, tuna and vegi. Small side cups of mustard, majo and sub sauce with a generous dish of onion and green peppers for extra toppings. Very impressed with the display and freshness and will do it again.“
“This is for the 4th Ave St Catharines location.Let me start with this.. Ever listen to a radio station that is one notch out of tune? Well, this is the music playing in this place. How very painful to hear 75% of a song as it goes in and out of reception. And that's easy listening meal time music.. how very unsettling. I've been there 2 other times and you'll never believe me when I say the music was exactly the same every time! Like everyone is deaf.The sub was good but took forever on a Sunday... I am a self-proclaimed Firehouse sub lover! I hope someone does something about the atmosphere in there......cheers ?Rick“
“February 24, 2024Pita Pit staffs are amazing, especially their supervisor on duty (didn’t got the chance to ask her name). She was so friendly and very accommodating to us. I tried to ask her if I could take my dog inside the store, and she immediately ask the other customers if they were okay and comfortable with the dog inside. All the customers agreed. So she gave us the area where we could stay and even gave my dog a special treats. Her gesture was so amazing and the way she accommodates was superb. She also served us their delicious chicken shawarma wrap! Isn’t it amazing! Kudos to all staffs in Pita Pit especially their supervisor on duty. Long live and God bless Pita Pit! ??❤️“

“I ordered the steak and cheese and it was the best sub I have had in a very long time I have been to this location twice and both times the sub was amazing last time it was the meatball but the only thing that upset me was it was so busy that I stood in line for 35 minutes but it wasn't the guy's fault it was three people in the store already waiting in line and a huge family walk in the door right before me so there was a lot of people but that is my only complaint with this place the food is good and it was really clean and the vegetables actually looked fresh like they were just cut other than the lettuce but what do you expect lolWheelchair accessibility: It is not really wheelchair accessible there is a ramp for the walkway but it's got a huge lip on it and the door is pretty heavy and there's a huge lip on the doorway as well so it is accessible but it won't be easy“

“Right away as soon as I walked in I was acknowledged by a very polite but busy lady, that was refreshing!I did not have to wait long for my order to be taken and completed, which was a club sub. The price was very reasonable. On a roll 2 for 2 no pun intended. The best part was eating it, omg the ingredients were all fresh and crafted together deliciously, one of the best sub I have had. I will definitely become a regular and highly recommend this place for all.“
“Beautiful, clean and great location! However, I must say from all my experience of dining out nothing makes me laugh more than listening on some customers order subs ahead of me. It's like they turn into a child all of a sudden! Calm down people... even though there might be a little language barrier at times but at least they're not sitting at home collecting welfare, going out to eat on a $10 budget expecting caviar and lobster served on a silver platter.
