“The worker with colourful hair was so patient and kind today, I ended up being short and couldn't get ahold of my partner, and she ended up covering my iced coffee! I was going to cancel it but felt bad so I was trying to get ahold of said partner, with three impatient toddlers and just as I was taking them outside to wait for their fathers call but I was told that the worker was covering it and that I could take it, I am extremely grateful and appreciate the gesture! I will make sure to pay it forward when I get the chance to next! Thank you so so much, and also the experience I've had everytime since I discovered this Tim's has been amazing! “Always excellent service here - day or night. Other TH locations whine and complain if you want a sandwich "but our kitchen is closed"..... I never had that experience at this location. I have actually driven out of my way to go here rather than Hawker/East Ave locations !“

“It honestly depends on the day you come here on how the service will be. You come during the week 9-5...youll get exceptional service. But if you come on a Saturday or Sunday mid afternoon. They won't even get one item right... Yeah I order a coffee and an ice cap. Said with cream. And the coffee was three milk/three sugar. Got my ice cap made with milk.... And the coffee was made with cream. So completely backwards. I go in to complain about it and I get NASTY looks from the staff like I WAS the one who did wrong. Nope sir... You don't deserve to get what you paid for. That's how I felt.So again. Go Monday to Friday. AND don't pay with cash. They'll ALWAYS try to steal your change as a tip. “I go to 2 locations often in north ward.Yes sometimes it's very busy. I have had to wait maybe 4 to 5 minutes. Never 15 to 20 min. That would be an exaggeration.Service generally good. If an employee makes a mistake, I let them know and they correct. Good coffee and snacks. Fair price.“

They could have double the staff working most days to keep up with the demand but still I never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time! They always serve the mobile pickup with a smile! They definitely deserve recognition from management and the company for their outstanding efforts!“
“Hey this place totally friendly staff and even though they are a fairly busy Tim Horton's ive never had an issue it can be dine inn or taken it home via drive through they are fast considering that taking food orders in drive through line up and youll have your order withib just a few minutes.. enjoy!!!!“
“After seeing so many bad reviews I figure I should balance the scale. This tims is by far the fastest drive through in town. Even though you might have to line up on the street, they get you through quick. It also has the friendliest staff. Especially in the AM. All the ladies there are so kind and always make it a great experience. Unlike the other shops in town my order has never come out wrong here. Keep up the great work.“
“The chicken wrap is delicious and donuts pretty good. My wife wanted a BLT artisan sandwich, but they made her a BLT bagel instead, not totally sure why those are both options and why they wouldn't clarify. She said it tasted fine, but was a little dry because it didn't have any type of sauce or anything.“
“Great coffee, pretty good espresso. Employees here are very friendly.It is worth mentioning that this is a hotspot for thunder bays most vulnerable people. The bathrooms here are this side of the town's new safe injection site. Be prepared to wait between 5-20 minutes to use the bathroom.There should be security employed at this location.This picture isn't a reflection of the store, the employees here make do with what they're given. And they're not given much.“
“I always goto this Tim Hortons every workday morning and order the same thing. It always depends on who takes your order. But please Tim Hortons. If the person cannot speak clearly. PLEASE do not have them taking orders. Once they can by all means. But most times even something simple as one drink gets messed up because of the communication issues.“
