955 is a conundrum. Their on-line ordering site works well, although the choices are quite limited compared to what you can get dining in. The food is good and well seasoned. Their problem is in take-0out order fulfillment. A few times, I've waited for my email notice that the food was ready, and waited... past their estimated latest time. Finally when I went there, my order was ready, but no-one had notified me. Tonight, to my surprise, I got a phome call confirming it was ready for pick-up. I waited there for 10 minutes while they served customers who came in after me. The front-of-house staff was a hardworking young woman, and a guy hoping to grow a moustache who answered phone calls, but then played with his phone, and did nothing to help actual physical customers. Finally, I announced myself, and retrieved my order from where it had been sitting the whole time.
