I visited the Baldwin Street location in Kensington Market with a primary interest in getting healthy, artisanal bread and I wasn’t disappointed.For this first trip I picked up the Danish Rye bread which per the website contains Rye Flour,Water, Rye Sourdough Culture (Rye Flour, Water), Cracked Rye, Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Sea Salt.
