Quick service and delicious pasta! It looked like a long line but it moved relatively fast. Once i had ordered i got my food in a couple of minutes. I went on a Friday and they have the same 4 things every Friday. Tagliatelle and spinach ricotta ravioli in red or white sauce. I got the spinach ricotta ravioli in bianco and it was delectable. Absolutely delicious and worth waiting in line for! Highly recommend going early to line up before 12pm for lunch to not wait long. The pasta was so fresh and flavourful. The burrata was so simple and tasty. The staff are awesome and the vibe is great. Hands down the best pasta I have had in years!

Worth the hype! Famiglia Baldassarre is serving up some of the best and freshest pasta in the city. Their pastas are unique but full of love and deliciousness. If you come 30min before they open they're usually is no line however don't fret if you cannot make it that early - the line moves fast! 100% would recommend as this is one of the best pasta places in the city!
