I used to only buy from Flock the chicken leg with Caribbean hot sauce, then one day I discovered that their salad bowls are actually pretty tasty! Lots of texture and flavour, with and without sauce. Not just boring greens. My absolute favourite is Boho. I have tried Power and it’s good too. I wish they would bring back their fried jalapeño topping because I really loved it for the crunch and the extra kick.
Good food and service is pretty quick. I ordered the Curried chicken sandwich with a kale Caesar slaw and it was plenty, the sandwich is big! The sandwich was really yummy and the slaw was good! I like that the slaw comes with an egg so you can get a little extra protein. I'd get both again. It's a little pricey so I'm glad the portion was a bit larger.

Was in town from Ottawa for Comicon and was dragging my tired, hungry bod back to my hotel and took a chance on this small place on Adelaide because I liked the cool window. Glad I did. Sweet service despite my card fumbling. Ordered 2 chicken legs expecting just drumsticks a la KFC but nope, two large, tender, juicy savory legs with a nice herby- fresh lemony flavour.
