The owner decided to give out loyalty stamp cards this summer, but the employees don’t care. Since they expire next month, they are trying to deal with large residuals. I got three stamp cards for one meal. Also, I have tried to redeem them before, but the employees acted like they didn’t know what to do. The food is always delish at Jolibee, however this specific location seems understaffed. I waited 20+ for a 3 piece chicken meal. There was a long line of people waiting to get their orders and people waited a while to order too. This is not the worker’s fault, but instead the employers’.
